I had a small issue with my order, but they responded really quickly and sorted it out without any hassle. Things happen, but I appreciated how easy they made it to fix. I’d probably order from them again.

I did get responses, so it’s not like I was being ignored, but they weren’t very helpful. I’m not trying to be difficult, I just expected a bit more useful guidance instead of replies that didn’t really solve anything

Wasn’t 100% sure this part would fit my older audio system, but it matched up fine and worked straight away. Saved me the hassle of messing about with returns lol. Happy with it overall and I’d def use Audi on Demand again.

I was able to find all the audio bits I needed easily. I did have a quick question along the way, and support basically said something like, "Just check this section and you should see what you're looking for," which ended up being spot on. Overall, simple and smooth experience.

I ordered a few hi-fi bits from Audio N Demand because the site gave the impression they really knew what they were talking about. To be fair, the product was fine once it arrived, no real complaints there. The problem was the delivery took longer than I expected, and the updates weren’t great at all. I ended up having to chase them to find out what was happening, which was a bit frustrating. If you’re not in a hurry, it might be okay, but I’d only consider using them again if the price was too good to pass up.

They got back to me quickly, explained what was going on, and the refund was back on my card a few days later without me having to chase. I was just glad it was dealt with normally and not made awkward. I’d definitely use them again after that

Had a bit of an issue after buying and, not gonna lie, the support silence for a few days had me wondering if my ticket had been sent to some secret underground inbox nobody checks. They did eventually reply though, and once they got to it, everything was sorted out in the end. Bit annoying at first, but it worked out.

I had to keep chasing them just to get help with the warranty. The replies took forever and when they did answer, it wasn’t very clear what was actually going on. it made me feel like customer service wasn’t really trying to help, and I don’t fully trust them to handle issues properly.

The sound was proper bad. I wasn’t expecting perfection, but it felt unfair to sell something that performs this poorly. I could barely enjoy using it, and for the price, that just doesn’t seem right.
